During your lifetime, it’s likely that you’ll walk approximately 115,000 miles. That’s like circling the globe on foot over four times.
There are 26 bones in a foot. That’s one-quarter of all the bones found in your body. Each foot also has 33 joints, 107 ligaments, and 19 tendons and muscles.
